We are looking for a credit score of 620 or higher with no collections, no evictions and there must be open credit with no recent late payments.  Please let us know ahead of time if there are any credit concerns.  Anyone with a PCS is required to show the document prior to application acceptance.  The application fee is $20 per couple and $15 per person(anyone 18 or older) credit check.  Application & Credit check are completed online and requires a separate email address for each applicant.
